Our services are available to residents of the Netherlands. If you are located outside the Netherlands, you may view the website, but booking appointments may not be available.
5. Appointment Booking and Management
5.1 Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked online via Cal.eu (European instance) or by phone/email. When booking online:
- You agree to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
- You confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete
- You understand that Cal.eu processes booking data as a data processor on our behalf
- You accept Cal.eu's terms of service and privacy policy
5.2 Confirmation
After booking an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation serves as a preliminary reservation. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments in case of unavailability or other circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 Cancellation Policy

In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and work together to reschedule an appointment that works for you.
6. Payment and Fees

7. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

- Immediately inform the therapist of relevant changes in your health status
- Arrive on time for appointments
- Follow the therapist's advice and treatment plans
- Ask questions if you don't understand something
- Inform us of any medication or treatments you are receiving from other healthcare providers
Safety and Comfort
You have the right to refuse or stop any treatment if you feel uncomfortable. Your comfort and safety are our priority. Let us know if you experience pain or have concerns during treatment.

We use Cal.eu (European instance) to ensure all booking data remains within the EU for GDPR compliance.
Vercel (Website Hosting)
Purpose: For hosting our website
Location: Netherlands/EU data centers
Safeguards: Data Processing Agreement
Resend (Email Service)
Purpose: For sending appointment confirmations and contact form responses
Location: United States
Safeguards: Data Processing Agreement and EU-US Data Privacy Framework
Supabase (Database & File Storage)
Purpose: For storing all client data, staff data, and images (including therapist profile photos displayed on the website). Used for admin and client portal infrastructure.
Location: Frankfurt, Germany (EU)
Safeguards: Data Processing Agreement, SOC 2 Type II certified, encryption at rest and in transit, GDPR compliant
All data stored in EU data centers. Clinical client records covered under separate client privacy policy (WGBO compliance).
Upstash (Performance Cache & Rate Limiting)
Purpose: For improving admin portal performance by temporarily caching decrypted data, and for distributed rate limiting to protect against brute-force attacks
Location: Frankfurt, Germany (EU)
Safeguards: Data Processing Agreement, SOC 2 Type II certified, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
Upstash Redis is in use for decryption caching and distributed rate limiting across all servers.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party services. Use of these services is at your own risk.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective as soon as they are posted on this page. The date of the last change is shown at the top.
Significant changes will be communicated via:

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
