Rehabilitation approach
We approach rehabilitation in an active and goal-oriented way. We look at all the factors that influence recovery: from load and capacity to lifestyle and recovery behaviour.
A key part of the programme is targeted training to regain strength and resilience. But recovery is more than training alone. That's why we also offer additional guidance on lifestyle and nutrition where needed. Our practice has skilled specialists who can support you in this.
When a concern falls outside our expertise, we refer you directly to a trusted specialist. This way, we safeguard the quality of your recovery. Within our practice, you can also receive advice on key lifestyle factors such as nutrition, sleep, mindset, and daily habits. Factors that directly impact your capacity and recovery.
Where needed, we offer treatment at home. We adapt the programme to your daily life, energy levels, and commitments. By taking work, sport, and daily activities into account, we ensure an approach that is realistic, achievable, and effective.
And... only have 15 minutes? Then we take that into account when building the schedule!
On your own strength
Rehabilitation is not a passive process. It is a shared effort. We provide direction and expertise; you bring commitment and consistency. Lasting recovery happens when you actively work on your capacity, both inside and outside the treatment room. Taking responsibility for your recovery not only improves the outcome, but also your long-term independence.
Chronic indication
For certain conditions listed on the national chronic conditions register, long-term physiotherapy may be (partially) covered by insurance. During the intake, we will discuss whether this applies to your situation.
